Melissa Meyer| Founder Esthetician| Nail Technician
I’ve been working in esthetics and nail care for over 11 years and truly love helping people feel comfortable and confident in their skin.
I work with clients throughout Wasilla, Palmer, and the Mat-Su Valley who are looking for thoughtful skin care, Brazilian waxing, and supportive treatments for sensitive or easily irritated skin.
I specialize in results driven facials that support health challenged skin including rosacea, eczema, dermatitis, and barrier sensitivity. My goal is to calm inflammation, strengthen the skin barrier, and support long term skin health. I also offer gentle corrective and age supportive treatments for concerns like dark spots, fine lines, and overall skin texture.
Brazilian waxing is another service I’m known for, performed with high quality hard wax and a calm, judgment free approach. Many clients come in worried about ingrown hairs or darkened skin in intimate areas, and I offer supportive treatments like ingrown hair care and vagacials to help keep skin healthy between waxing appointments.
With my background in both esthetics and nail care, I also offer waterless pedicures designed as an extension of skin focused care. These soakless services emphasize hygiene, detailed work, and long lasting results.
Synergy is also a small collective studio built on collaboration and my love of sharing knowledge. Independent providers in the space are always welcome to reach out for service education or business support.
My goal is simple. To create a cozy space where people feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Outside the treatment room I’m a creative at heart and enjoy singing, painting, DIY projects, and cooking with my husband.
Kateryna Pavelenko| KP Beauty Lab
Hi! My name is Kateryna, and I have over 8 years of experience in the nail industry. I was professionally trained in Europe, where I learned advanced nail techniques and high standards of precision, cleanliness, and quality. I specialize in manicure services and work using a unique European technique that is different from the traditional American style. This method allows my clients to wear their nails for a long time while keeping them looking clean, neat, and natural even weeks after the appointment. My goal is always to create strong, beautiful nails with a flawless finish. I truly care about the quality of my work and the safety of my clients. I follow professional sterilization procedures for all tools and always maintain a clean and safe workspace. Hygiene and attention to detail are very important to me because I want every client to feel comfortable and confident during their appointment. My approach is professional, detail-oriented, and personalized for every client. I always take time to understand what each person wants and create results that fit their style and lifestyle. I love helping women feel confident, polished, and beautiful through my work
Manicurist| Nails by Caity Marie
Originally from Oregon, Caitlin specializes in hard gel services, structured gel overlays, and custom nail extensions built on forms. Known for her intricate nail art and meticulous technique, she focuses on creating beautiful, long-lasting results while prioritizing the health and integrity of the natural nail.
With exceptionally high standards for cleanliness and care, Caitlin’s approach goes beyond the polish moment. She is passionate about keeping nails strong, balanced, and healthy both during and between appointments.
Outside the studio, Caitlin enjoys baking everything from gourmet cupcakes to sourdough and bagels, bringing the same creativity and attention to detail she applies to her nail work.
